How do I deposit?
Open your wallet, tap Deposit, enter the amount and confirm the M-Pesa prompt that arrives on your phone. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals go to the M-Pesa number registered on your account and normally settle within a few minutes. Large payouts may be held briefly for verification.
